These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to your access to and use of the vh777 website located at https://vh777.net ("Platform", "Website", "Service"). vh777 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players based in Bangladesh.

References in these Terms to "vh777", "we", "our", or "us" refer to the vh777 platform and its operating entity. References to "you", "your", or "player" refer to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between vh777 and each registered player. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer document, the promotional offer document shall prevail solely with respect to that specific promotion, and these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

vh777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication to the Platform. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The ৳ symbol is used as the currency indicator throughout.

Access to and use of the vh777 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. vh777 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. We apply age verification procedures during the KYC process, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on vh777. Duplicate accounts, multiple accounts operated by the same individual, or accounts operated jointly by more than one individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Personal use: You may only register and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes. Using the Platform for commercial purposes, operating a betting syndicate, or facilitating third-party wagering is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with vh777 or any related gaming service. Attempting to register a new account while under a self-exclusion is a serious violation of these Terms.

If you become aware that a minor has accessed the vh777 Platform using your account credentials, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. We treat all reports of underage access as a highest-priority matter and will act swiftly to investigate and restrict access.

To access the full range of vh777 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh NID, date of birth, registered mobile number, and a valid email address.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently during KYC verification is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your NID, or a mobile number that belongs to another person — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Account security is your responsibility. You must keep your password and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, allow any other person to use your account, or access any other player's account. vh777 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify vh777 support immediately via live chat. Upon notification, we will temporarily freeze the account pending a security review. vh777 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

vh777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of source of funds for large BDT deposits. Failure to comply with a KYC request within 14 days of the initial request may result in account restrictions or closure.

All financial transactions on the vh777 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of your transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from major Bangladeshi institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits are typically credited to your vh777 account balance within minutes of a successful mobile money transaction (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). vh777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, and to the general bonus policy set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that offer and by this general policy.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases to the deposit amount plus the bonus amount). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that ৳30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the individual offer. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published in the individual offer terms.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum single bet restriction applies as specified in the offer terms. Placing bets above the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is already active does not automatically trigger a new bonus.
• Bonus abuse: vh777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings generated from them if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting bonus terms, participating in coordinated bonus abuse, or placing wagers in a pattern designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements.
• One per household: Bonuses are limited to one per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Multiple accounts or coordinated use of bonuses across shared devices will result in all associated bonuses being voided.

Winnings generated from a game round subsequently confirmed as technically corrupted may be voided.

Sports betting specific rules: Pre-match and live betting markets are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market type within the sports betting section of the Platform. In cases of match abandonment, postponement, or walkover, standard industry rules apply as stated in the sports betting terms. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — follow ICC-standard rules for result determination and are subject to official match result confirmation before any winnings are settled.

• Maximum winnings cap: A maximum single transaction winnings cap applies as stated in the current cashier policy. vh777 reserves the right to enforce this cap without prior notice.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided at vh777's discretion in the event of manifest error in odds, system error, or confirmed match fixing.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between players in games where player interaction is a factor (e.g., poker variants) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

As a registered player on vh777, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the vh777 platform to process, disguise, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. Any transaction patterns consistent with money laundering will be reported and the account immediately frozen.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing errors in odds, or any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bKash, Nagad, bank, or any other payment provider for deposits made to your vh777 account. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for the disputed amount.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity, NID, mobile number, or payment details.
• Collusion and match fixing: Coordinating with other players or any third party to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Threatening behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward vh777 staff or other players.
